Do you have a source on that? The latest news entry (from today) on the official website lists the 8th of March for the release date of episode 9, no mention of further delays there.

Did not know if episode 9 was going to air. Recently alot of anime are getting delayed. 😭

Agreed, but at some point they have to hit the furnace regardless. Materials have to be reused, and seeing as how many robots and metal they use, its probably more efficient in terms of demand and manufacturer. Could you imagine not having metal for a new robot because you didnt furnace another manufacturer's unused parts? Humans make unreasonable demands using the coin all for the sake of convenience. It sounds plausible that this is the basis behind throwing them all in the furnace. Just a thought.

I'm glad that recently plots of idol animes started to get better, more interesting, deep, and well written instead of the story just 100% focused on them singing, talking, and dancing and that's it. The music and choreographies also keep getting cooler.

So far IDOLISH7, Technoroid, Zombieland Saga are top idol animes with great plots.

Star-Myu, UnitUp, Enemble Stars, Hypnosis Mic, IDOLM@STER: side M, Kami Kuzu Idol, Idoly Pride, Tsukiuta/Tsukipro, Shonen Hollywood, Ichu Half Way Through the Idol, Dropout Idol Fruit Tart, B-project, and Uta no Prince-sama might not have plots that are as deep and unique as the three I mentioned before, but they are also pretty enjoyable.

Then we got literal garbage ones like Dynamic Chord...

Hope they keep up the great work and produce more and more better idol animes in future.

You might want to also add Eternal Boys to good idol anime - it's about middle aged men becoming idols and it is really interesting to watch how they use their past experiances to promote themselves. You have a former salaryman, football player, former model, former child star and high school teacher. It also does a great job at pointing out that regular teenage idols are really more about their youthful appeareance and energy that men in late 30s can't achieve, so they have to rely on their other strenghts.

Yeah, I already watched it and indeed it's one of the best idol animes I have seen so far. The idea is fresh and they handled the whole thing in a very realsitic way, showing their struggles, doubts, and personal issues while trying their best to become famous at that age. All the characters were interesting and likeable as well. I'm bascially addicted to male idols/bands animes so I watch everything that gets released lol (To be fair some girl music animes are also pretty good like Zombieland Saga, Ochobokire Fruits Tart, and Idoly Pride).

that's where they made a mistake. because of that bora-san (policeman) seems to develop his own consciousness. and the story about the ritzes were so heartbreaking 😭 this anime knows how to make you feel

A lot of anime give me such a happy feeling but this one give me somehow a greater feeling of happiness than any other anime while at the same time it gives me such anger and sadness when they abuse androids.

Still the feeling of happiness is greater than the sadness/anger, this anime is such a gem to watch and the music is so good ^_^
